Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Sew Taylor Co. Because we use a Print on Demand model through our partners, your items are custom-made just for you once an order is placed.

Domestic Shipping Only

Currently, Sew Taylor Co. only ships to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing & Production Times

Since your items are printed specifically for you, they require a production period before they ship:

  • Production Time: Most orders are processed and printed within 2–7 business days.

  • Peak Seasons: During holidays or high-demand periods, production may take slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been printed and packaged, it will be handed off to a domestic carrier (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3–5 business days after the production period is complete.

  • Total Lead Time: Most customers receive their orders within 7–12 business days of the original purchase date.

Split Shipments

We work with various print providers to ensure you get the best quality for each specific product. If you order multiple different items (e.g., a hoodie and a sticker), they may arrive in separate packages and at different times. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update once the label has been created.

Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • Sew Taylor Co. is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to the print facility due to an invalid address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly. If a package is deemed Lost in Transit by the carrier, please reach out to us at hello@sewtaylorco.com within 30 days so we can review your case for a replacement.
